Job summary

The role involves server-level hardware installations, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with IT staff to optimize systems and ensure HIPAA-compliant operations across Windows Server 2012R2/2019/2022/2025 and Windows 11.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years IT systems engineering/administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and O365 integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID.
• Create and maintain Exchange Online mailboxes and groups.
• Respond to Helpdesk tickets and support Windows & network operations.
• Operate and maintain Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Coordinate with vendors and support IT infrastructure projects.
