Job summary

  • Must be able to pass background clearance check, drug screening, and physical.

Job description

Develop, manage, and ensure compliance with all corporate documentation, including policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of documentation systems to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate closely with various departments, including operations and safety, to gather information and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document development and control, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the mining industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials.
  • Knowledge of the mining industry underground environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mine regulations pertaining to construction in mining.
  • Ability to pass background clearance check, drug screening and physical.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • High level of attention to detail, neatness and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
