Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an IT Systems Administrator II who thrives on analytics, automation, and hands-on technical support to keep our global workforce running smoothly. This role sits at the interface of Tier 1 Helpdesk and advanced system engineering, driving operational excellence.

You will create and interpret dashboards using Gravwell, Splunk, Snowflake, Hive, Apache Superset, Tableau, Retool, or Atlassian Analytics, and you’ll collaborate across IT to improve integrations and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT systems administration or similar role.
• Experience creating and interpreting dashboards with modern BI tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Okta, LDAP, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Tier 2 IT support and admin actions in core IT tools.
• Interpret data from Grafwell/Splunk and other sources to design dashboards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot core systems for global employees.
• Identify issues proactively and drive timely resolution.
• Develop and share best practices to promote operational excellence.
• Collaborate with IT departments to enhance integrations and processes.
• Contribute to on-call rotation for 24/7 system availability.
