Community Health Systems is seeking an EndPoint Administrator to support, maintain, and administer enterprise systems and infrastructure. You will respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to keep environments efficient and secure.

The EndPoint Administrator supports, maintains, and administers enterprise systems, infrastructure, and application environments. This role is responsible for responding to system-related incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. The EndPoint Administrator ensures that systems are functioning efficiently and securely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support technology operations across the organization.
Supports and maintains enterprise systems, servers, applications, and related infrastructure.
Responds to hardware, software, and network incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Performs system monitoring, maintenance, and patching to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Maintains accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
Participates in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support as needed.
Promotes system security, user access controls, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborates with IT teams and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement technical solutions.
Assists in the deployment and configuration of new systems and upgrades to existing infrastructure.
Follows change management protocols and participates in testing and validation processes.
Identifies and shares best practices with peers and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies and standards.
Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications, third-party software, and patches using MECM, Intune, and WSUS with phased ring deployments.
Build, test, and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Intune configuration profiles/security baselines.
Partner with Cybersecurity teams to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities and enforce PCI, CIS, and regulatory compliance standards.
Monitor client agent health, deployment metrics, and assist in maintaining MECM distribution points, management points, and site infrastructure.
H.S. Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in systems administration required
Experience supporting a mid to large-size enterprise environment preferred
Experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM/InTune and in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with:o Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), preferredo Microsoft InTune, preferredo Windows Server, preferredo Windows 10/11 administration, preferredo Active Directory, preferredo Group Policy, preferredo PowerShell scripting, preferredo SQL Server reporting, preferredo Windows deployment services, preferredo Endpoint security technologies, preferred
Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
Strong understanding of system security, backup, and recovery procedures.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Relevant certification in systems administration, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Server+, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) preferred
Security or access management certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security certification preferred
