Job summary

CoVolt Power in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Digital Technology team. This hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 remote) provides Level 1–2 help desk support, troubleshooting for Windows, Microsoft 365, and devices, and contributes to device enrollment, security, and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in corporate IT, strong troubleshooting, and customer-focused service mindset, with experience in Intune and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Help Desk/IT Support in a corporate setting.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
• Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with MFA and IAM concepts.
• Experience using IT service management/ticketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support via service platform, phone, Teams, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, VPN, Wi-Fi, and peripherals.
• Own incidents through resolution; escalate when needed.
• Document tickets accurately and meet SLAs.
• Deploy and support end-user devices and peripherals.
• Manage device enrollment and policy deployment via Intune.
• Coordinate hardware diagnostics and warranty/replacements.
• Maintain hardware inventory and software licensing records.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Assist onboarding/offboarding including device enrollment and access.
