Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our client in Gurnee, IL. The role provides on-site technical support in a warehouse environment, handling desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related equipment.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with connectivity, set up new workstations, and document technical problems. The position offers a 1st shift schedule (8 am–5 pm) with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing basic IT/technical support.
• Comfortable troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
• Basic knowledge of Windows computers, printers, and network connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple technical requests.
• Warehouse or distribution IT experience is a plus.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN IN GURNEE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring for an IT Support Technician to join our client in Gurnee, IL. This individual will be responsible for providing computer and technical support within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on IT or computer experience and have an understanding of computers, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Ranging from $27/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• 1st Shift | 8 am – 5 pm
• Located in Gurnee, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and other workplace technology
• Assist employees with basic computer, software, login, and connectivity issues

• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and determine appropriate solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple technical requests
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
• Previous IT experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus but not required
