Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, IT, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of computer troubleshooting experience if not degreed.
• CompTIA Tech+ certification considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with computer system problem resolution.
• Complete support service requests for both onsite and remote users.
• Provide weekend and holiday remote service desk coverage.
