This role focuses on data collection, documentation, test assistance, and maintaining engineering records under close supervision.

You will assist with routine testing, prepare standard reports, support improvement initiatives, and help with small-scale prototyping or sample builds for R&D.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in engineering, drafting, product design, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff with data collection, documentation, and basic technical tasks.
• Perform routine testing, measurements, and observations under supervision.
• Prepare standard reports and update documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting baseline data.
• Assist in small-scale prototyping or sample builds for R&D teams.
• Shadow engineers during process trials or equipment installations.
