Job summary
Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ, is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to provide first-level technical help to associates. Qualifications
- 1–3 years in desktop support or service desk roles.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 desktops and basic hardware knowledge.
- On-site support in a 24x7 casino/hotel environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IBM iSeries or willingness to learn operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, remote tools, email, walk-up, and on-site.
- Support a 24x7 casino/hotel operation on-site; flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Record, prioritize, and manage incidents in ITSM per procedures and SLAs.
- Image, deploy, configure Windows desktops/laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and approved apps.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, account access, and connectivity; escalate as needed.
- Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions in ITSM.
- Assist with inventory, deployment, tracking, and disposal of tech assets.
- Support end-user technology across casino/hotel hardware including POS, kiosks.
