Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking motivated interns/co-ops to join our enterprise ecommerce software teams. You will collaborate with developers, gather requirements, and participate in planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance across Agile cycles in a remote or hybrid setting.

Gain hands-on experience with real business initiatives, mentorship from experienced developers, and exposure to enterprise-scale systems while contributing to cross-functional projects within Clark Associates’

Job Summary

WebstaurantStore is a proud division of Clark Associates and the leading online distributor of restaurant supplies and equipment. Unlike many ecommerce companies, we design, develop, and manage nearly all of our technology in-house, allowing our interns/co-ops to work on real-world projects that directly impact our customers and multiple Clark subsidiaries.

The Internship/Co-op Experience

Our internship/co‑op program offers students the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle. Interns/Co‑ops are fully integrated into their teams and entrusted with meaningful projects aligned to key business priorities. Throughout the program, you will make valuable contributions while participating in a comprehensive intern/co‑op experience that includes professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and meaningful engagement with leaders and mentors to support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers on real‑world projects in an enterprise e‑commerce environment

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Remote Work Qualifications

• Access to a reliable and secure high‑speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day‑to‑day tasks.
• Access to a home router and modem.
• A dedicated home office space that is noise‑and distraction‑free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
• A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
• The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
• Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.

We are seeking rising undergraduate juniors and seniors, as well as graduate students pursuing degrees in Business, Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field to join our Business Analyst internship/co‑op program.

As an intern/co‑op, you'll work alongside experienced Business Analysts and cross‑functional teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop the skills needed for a successful career in business analysis and project management.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A foundational understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• An interest in gathering requirements, coordinating projects, and improving business processes.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• A desire to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced, remote environment during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Previous internship, co‑op, leadership, or project experience is a plus.

This internship/co‑op provides the opportunity to work on real business initiatives, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, gain exposure to project management and business analysis practices, and build valuable professional experience in a supportive environment.
