Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platform.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripherals.
• Manage the IT support queue and document incidents in ServiceNow.
• Assist with new hire technology setup and equipment provisioning.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain end-user productivity.
