The role includes maintaining asset inventories and procuring equipment and licenses while working closely with team members and vendors.

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient delivery of IT services, assist with documentation, and support various IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Stage new systems for deployment by the IT helpdesk.
• Perform basic Active Directory user management.
• Serve as primary contact for IT hardware requests.
• Procure IT hardware including workstations and peripherals.
• Complete receiving of IT hardware to support invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and lifecycle tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for IT software requests.
• Procure and track software licenses.
• Procure company cell phones and hotspots through vendors.
• Maintain cellular device inventory records.
• Support documentation of IT systems and environment.
• Assist IT team with projects and other assigned tasks.
