Clark Associates, Inc. / WebstaurantStore is looking for intelligent and driven entry or junior level IT professionals seeking a position to develop their skills at our Tampa, FL location. This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of IT infrastructure, allowing team members to work on diverse tasks, complex projects, and assume additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Configure PCs, hardware, and software
• Respond to helpdesk calls and tickets, resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with support teams and other IT departments to ensure issues are fully addressed
• Document issues, licensing, and equipment distribution accurately
• Participate in and sometimes lead projects supporting IT infrastructure
• Set up new equipment for new and existing users

Applicants Should Have:

• Ability to commute to our Tampa, FL office (this position is not fully remote due to hands-on tasks)
• Drive, initiative, and a desire to continually improve skills and knowledge
• Experience supporting PCs, software, and peripherals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office, Mac OS, iPhone and Android phones, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and printers
• Experience with Open Source technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Creativity in solving recurring issues
• Self-management and motivation, whether working from home or in the office
• Real-world technology support experience (internships or externships acceptable)

Applicants must be able to commute to our Tampa, FL office. A hybrid schedule of in-office and remote work is available after initial training.
