Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level support for PCs, networks, and telecommunication systems. You will help install hardware, diagnose issues, and maintain documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role requires at least two years in a help desk environment, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. A technical degree or training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years help desk experience.
• Ability to train users on computer procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.
• Knowledge of PC hardware/software and networking basics.
• Excellent verbal communication and training skills.
• Degree or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to calls, emails, and staff requests for technical support.
• Provides first level support and troubleshooting to end users.
• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots hardware and software systems.
• Documents and tracks problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Participates in deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems.
• Coordinates with supervisor for special projects and training.
• Supports HIPAA compliance and data security practices.
• Travels to sites to install PCs and equipment as needed.
