Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years IT support experience or equivalent.
• Equivalent education/experience or completion of the Desert Diamond Casino IT Intern program (18 months).
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; gaming license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for hardware, software, network, and telephone systems.
• Perform routine hardware and software maintenance and document procedures.
