Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino Sahuarita seeks an IT Support Technician to provide user support and advanced technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and telephone systems. Under supervision, you will analyze problems and perform system changes and upgrades in a casino IT environment.

Qualifications

High school degree or GED; 3 years experience as an IT Support Technician, in-depth technical assistance and training for hardware, software, network and telephone information systems; or a higher IT position within an enterprise organization.
Must be 18 years of age or older. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Provides user support and complex problem analysis for hardware, software, network and telephone information systems.
Performs network and system administration, troubleshooting, changes and upgrades.
Documents projects; writes and maintains user instructions.
Performs routine hardware and software maintenance and upkeep of systems.
Maintains records of maintenance and repairs.
Pursues MCSE or CCNA certifications and receives on-the-job training.
