Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver advanced technical support for end-user systems, multimedia tech, and CAD platforms. The role emphasizes troubleshooting complex issues, deploying software, and automating workflows using PowerShell.

You will diagnose problems, document incidents, and collaborate with teams to ensure service levels and efficient IT delivery, including remote and on-site support across Warrendale, PA.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a computer or network technician.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and PC repair/configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience deploying software with SCCM or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues involving workstation hardware, OS, apps, and peripherals.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for networked hardware and software across platforms.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset management in the helpdesk system.
• Ensure timely resolution of service tickets per SLAs.
• Support hardware/software upgrades, system implementations, and rollouts.
• Maintain corporate mobile devices and cellular accounts, provisioning and management.
• Support software management systems including deployment/patch management (SCCM).
• Troubleshoot multimedia systems (projectors, displays, conferencing).
• Provide on-site/remote support for conference room tech and executive presentations.
• Develop automated technology solutions using PowerShell.
• Identify process improvements to reduce recurring issues and analyze support data trends.
