Job description

Join us as an IT Support Technician at Charter Tech Services

We are an IT support firm seeking an IT support technician to work full-time in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities include:
  • Administration and troubleshooting of Windows-based devices
  • Management of Microsoft 365, including setup, application installation, and troubleshooting
  • Device management with Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • SharePoint and OneDrive administration
  • Network setup and troubleshooting, including switch administration, router/firewall setup, and Wi-Fi access point installation
  • Providing one-on-one user training and assistance
  • Collaborating with multiple vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Managing user accounts and policies across systems (Entra AD, LoB-specific)
  • Responding to tickets via ZenDesk
Additional information:

This onsite position in Orlando involves working within a team responsible for the client's entire technology stack. Typical hours are M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern). After-hours and weekend work are rare but possible. Reporting to an onsite manager.

Experience:
  • At least 1 year supporting users in a helpdesk role
  • Salary varies based on experience
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Ability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently
  • Satisfactory background check and valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Preferred: experience in legal environment; industry-standard IT certifications (A+, N+, Microsoft certifications)
