Compensation: Up to $25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Overview:
4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join one of our established clients in Orlando, FL. This is a fully onsite role, working with a collaborative team supporting both onsite and remote users in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for end users in person and remotely
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support Microsoft core products including Windows 10, Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, and SCCM
Manage Azure cloud accounts, Exchange (mailboxes, distribution lists), and Group Policies
Setup and configure workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, and other peripherals
Maintain and support mobile devices and remote access tools
Utilize Jira ticketing system to track and resolve issues
Participate in monthly or bi-monthly on-call rotation
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience providing on-premise technical support
Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft platforms
Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and Office 365
Hands-on experience with desktop and mobile hardware
Familiarity with networking concepts such as DHCP and DNS
Prior experience using Jira or other ticketing systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCDST) preferred but not required
Initially fully onsite in a standard office setting
Must be able to perform physical tasks related to equipment setup and maintenance
