Job summary

Weber State University is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist faculty, staff, and students with technology issues. This hourly, 20-hour-per-week role is based on campus in Ogden, Utah, and runs year-round.

You will configure, deploy and maintain Mac, PC and mobile devices and peripherals, and keep classroom multimedia equipment up to date. Applicants should be enrolled full-time, with current or recent coursework in a digital-technology field and a minimum 2.0 GPA.

• Preferred Qualifications: Strong familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems, computer hardware, peripherals, and application functionality. Basic understanding of mobile devices systems including iPads, iOS and Android devices.
