The University of Notre Dame is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Client Experience team within the Office of Information Technology (OIT). Technology serves as a vital bridge across our campus community, and this role is central to keeping our faculty, staff, and students seamlessly supported. As a key member of the Service Desk, you will provide centralized, high‑quality technical support for standard computing devices, software, and desktop applications, serving as a primary point of contact for telephone, digital, and deskside assistance.
In this role, you will combine technical troubleshooting with excellent customer service to resolve computer and telephone issues. You will also support essential operations such as computer imaging, inventory management, and workstation deployment. By resolving technical challenges efficiently, you will directly contribute to operational continuity and advance the university's mission.
