Perion is seeking an IT Support Technician based in the NYC Tri-State area to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems and networks, enabling our teams to work efficiently with minimal IT disruptions. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support and implement effective IT solutions to boost business productivity.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hybrid role with a minimum of 3-4 days in the NYC office, potentially increasing to 5 days based on business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for global IT support across the organization.
• Work independently when required.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems, both in-office and remote.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Support users encountering challenges with computers and network devices.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Profile and Experience:

• Intermediate knowledge of identity applications: G-suite, Okta, Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Deep understanding of video conferencing tools like Zoom.
• Strong knowledge of Mac and PC systems.
• General understanding of MDMs such as Intune and Kandji.
• Experience managing Slack workspaces.
• Proficiency in general IT support tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications required.
• A degree in technical studies is preferred but not mandatory.
