Job summary

AE Business Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician in Milwaukee, WI with strong PC/Laptop hardware experience. This role is ideal for recent IT graduates or individuals looking to grow their IT skills within a supportive environment.

You will work hands-on with hardware repair and basic networking concepts, while developing expertise in a corporate enterprise setting and contributing to a growing technology team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between multiple company locations.
• Strong understanding of PC/Laptop hardware and how to repair/replace components.
• Solid foundation of basic networking concepts and a strong interest in developing skills to be successful while working in an enterprise environment.
• Basic understanding of network design, concepts and protocols (VPN, routing, ports, network analysis tools, TCP/IP).
• Experience with Cisco hardware is preferred.
• Any networking-related certifications would also be helpful.
