Infrastructure Technology Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver exceptional technical customer service. The role involves remote and onsite break/fix and project support for customers, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license and driving record.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of relevant experience or an AA degree, strong communication skills, and certifications like Microsoft or A+.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant work experience with a knowledge of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, general network support, and mobile device support, OR an AA Degree in related field.
• Ability to take initiative on assigned projects to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft and A+ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and onsite break/fix and project support for customers.
• Provide outstanding technical customer service.
• Participate in device setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support for K-12 customers and other clients as needed.

We are seeking an experiencedIT Support Technicianto deliver outstanding technical customer service. Position is responsible for remote and onsite break/fix and project support for customers.

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required.
