Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support experience including exposure to Tier 2.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for end-to-end resolution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as the Tier 2 escalation point.
• Perform Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration tasks.
• Provide on-site and remote support across various client locations.
