Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to deliver day-to-day technical support for portable and desktop systems, software, and hardware configurations.

You will troubleshoot laptops, workstations, servers, and networks while applying best practices to resolve issues promptly. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, and working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
• Knowledge of computer and network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to internal and external clients’ portable and desktop systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, servers, and networks.
• Act as liaison between customers, departments, vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Apply advanced technical expertise to complex system components used to support the business.
