I Am Boundless is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for portable and desktop systems, software, and hardware. You will troubleshoot laptops, workstations, servers, and networks while coordinating with customers, departments, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or technical training, and solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and security practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
• Knowledge of computer and network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal and external clients’ portable and desktop systems, software, and hardware.
• Configure, troubleshoot laptops, workstations, servers, and networks.
• Act as liaison between customers, departments, external vendors, and within the organization for problem resolution.
• Ensure all problems are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize advanced technical expertise for complex components supporting the business.

What You’ll Do:

As an IT Support Specialist II, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing day-to-day technical support to internal and external clients’ portable and desktop systems, software, and hardware installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptops, workstations, servers, and networks. Exercises sound judgment within best practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as a liaison between customers, departments, external vendors, and within the organization for problem resolution. Ensures that all problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner. Utilizes advanced technical expertise for complex aspects of system components used to support the business. Required Education and Experience

• Requires 5-7 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
• Knowledge of computer and network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
