Qualifications

• Essential Duties require the following physical skills and work requirements.
• Prolonged sitting and computer use; requires dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and users.

Responsibilities

• I. Analyze, investigate and resolve computer-related problems; install hardware and software; improve and modify systems; provide training on departmental programs.
• II. Provide technical automation support to county departments; configure, install, analyze and maintain automation hardware/software; train and advise users.
• III. Provide full professional IT support; independently install/configure hardware/software; trains customers and may lead lower-level staff.
