Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver end user support for LAN/WAN based applications in a professional, courteous manner.
• Document all support tickets and resolutions in the Help Desk system.
• Configure workstations, printers, and other equipment to end-user needs.
• Engage in rotational night/weekend on-call; respond to calls and notify appropriate personnel during emergencies.
• Coordinate hardware/software procurement, invoicing, and inventory management with IT team and vendors.
