Sugarbush Resort is seeking an IT Support Specialist to learn and support a wide range of IT technologies. The role emphasizes systems administration, network support, and cyber security awareness with training and mentorship.

This is a full-time year-round position with a salary range of $55,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have IT certifications and experience supporting IT-related systems, networks, and AV tech across resort operations, including

Qualifications

• Proven background supporting IT technologies.
• Foundational understanding of network concepts.
• Minimum of 3 years IT experience.
• Prefer IT related certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IT support to guests and staff via calls and tickets.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
• Support AV systems, cameras, and digital signage across the resort.
• Manage IT management systems for security, network, and monitoring.
• Assist in inventory and documentation of systems.
