IPG Photonics Corporation in Oxford, MA is hiring a Service Desk Analyst for a full-time, on-site role. You will support executives and manufacturing IT needs, with occasional remote-site travel and after-hours on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Windows/Office/AD/365 environments, and experience supporting executive team members. This role requires strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Microsoft Windows support experience.
• 3+ years Microsoft Office support experience.
• 3+ years Active Directory support experience.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• User management experience in AD and Exchange Servers.

Responsibilities

• Support executive team members on day-to-day needs with high urgency.
• Provide ongoing IT support to manufacturing departments.
• Participate in off-hour call rotation; travel to remote sites as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to determine root cause.
• Manage and escalate tickets in the helpdesk system as needed.
• Collect problem information and route to higher tiers when needed.
• Check meeting room functionality daily and fix faults as needed.
• Image computes to IPG’s standard deployment.
