Job summary

Frequentis USA Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to help new hires with laptop imaging and setup, printer maintenance, and meeting room AV tasks. You will provide hardware/software support, manage desk setups, and track equipment in ITSM.

The role also supports on-premises security systems and other IT tasks as they arise, integrating with a safety-focused culture across our US operations in Maryland/Columbia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years direct related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and PC hardware.
• Experience in customer service.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Ability to learn quickly; problem analysis and solving.
• Adaptability; planning & organizing; attention to detail; stress tolerance; social skills.

Responsibilities

• Image and set up laptops for new hires.
• Check printers, replace toner, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Assist with meeting room setup and fix A/V connectivity problems.
• Provide basic IT support to employees (hardware, software, and general troubleshooting).
• Set up desks with monitors, docks, and peripherals.
• Keep track of IT equipment and supplies (inventory system ITSM).
• Assist with on-premises physical security system.
• Support general IT tasks as they come up.
