Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. seeks an IT Support Specialist to join their Fort Collins, CO team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of IT support experience and excels in customer service while troubleshooting issues and supporting daily operations and IT projects.

You will provide day-to-day end-user support, resolve incidents, and contribute to projects, with on-call rotation and strong emphasis on communication and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support by managing and resolving incidents, requests, and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
• Support end users through effective communication and professional customer service.
• Participate in IT projects, including implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities in accordance with team procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Maintain and support Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, and Azure Fabric environments.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation to address after-hours technical needs.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
