TEKsystems is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Clinton, IN site. You will support a busy environment, assisting roughly 500 users and handling end-user IT tasks.

The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, printers, MS Office/Teams), ticket closure, and strong customer service. This is a fully onsite contract position with a pay range of $27–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT Support experience in a complex environment.
• Education in IT, Associate or Bachelor with IT certifications.
• Self-starter with strong user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for ~500 users.
• Close tickets and manage tickets queue.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, Windows 10/11, printers, MS Office and Teams.

Clinton site got unexpected more projects and demand for IT engagement has increased

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT Support role in a complex environment. Preferably within a manufacturing environment with more than 250 users and multiple systems and processes.
• Proven education in IT, min. associate or Bachelor with some IT certifications
• Critical: self-starter, self-motivated troubleshooter, person who want to learn and grow. Great people / user support skills.

Manufacturing site is also having workload and capacity issues related to ticket count and they need Support Technician to assist. They will work with a small team of 2 people supporting around 500 users and 200 devices. Need Sr. level Tech with strong HW and SW troubleshooting skills and will be responsible for closing tickets and handling End User Support tasks. Technical knowledge with W10, W11, setting up printers, troubleshooting devices, MS office and Teams is helpful.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
