Job summary

Piedmont Community Services in Martinsville, Virginia, seeks an IT Help Desk support specialist to provide software and hardware assistance to PCS staff. The role reports to the Network Administrator and includes training and hands-on problem solving on-site, not remote.

You will handle tickets, diagnose issues, and contribute to an outstanding benefits package while growing your skills through available training and certifications. Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening.

This position is responsible for providing Help Desk software and hardware support under the direction of the Network Administrator. This position will provide direct support, technical assistance, and training to PCS staff. Please note: This is NOT a remote/telecommute/telework position.
