Job summary

Behr Paint Company in Santa Ana, CA seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide enterprise-wide technical support by phone, email and remote tools. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems issues and communicate clear solutions to end users.

You’ll collaborate with IT teams, monitor environments, manage access, and document processes. A High School Diploma is required; IT coursework or Associate degree preferred. On-site presence five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in corporate IT support or help desk.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise software.
• Strong troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and document issues.
• On-site presence required in building 5 days a week.
