Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a dedicated line leader for its filling line in the United States. The role focuses on safe, efficient production across each shift and mentoring team members in proper methods and quality standards.

Responsibilities include training new hires, overseeing line feeding, and ensuring pre-production and in-process work meets safety and quality expectations. The employee will maintain equipment and report on line performance while lifting up to 75 lbs as needed.

Job description

Here is what we’re looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dedicated individual to lead the filling line, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production throughout each shift.
• Support for team members by providing clear instructions on proper work methods, safety protocols, and high quality production standards.
• Skilled operators who can handle filling line equipment - labelers, bailers, fillers, forklifts, and automated control systems with accuracy and professionalism.
• Train new employees, oversee line feeding activities, and ensure all pre-production and in process work meets safety and quality expectations.
• Detail driven performers who keep production flowing by maintaining equipment, tracking inventory, and delivering accurate reports on line output and performance.
• Responsibilities involve lifting products up to 75 lbs, several times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
