Job summary

In this role you will be responsible for working with Vermeer employees globally on computer use. We’re looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems while prioritizing issues.### **What You’ll Do**1. Provide customer service to customers and team members in a timely manner through multiple forms of communication including phone, email, instant messaging, in person, and ticket requests.2. Create and escalate request tickets to document issues and resolutions.3. Demonstrate problem-solving skills through troubleshooting, diagnostics, research, and documentation.4.
