Job summary

Vermeer invites motivated students to join a data integration internship on our campus in Iowa. You will assist in developing and validating data integration solutions, align requirements to product delivery, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

You will analyze ETL techniques, validate data from web services and integration technologies, and collaborate with developers to ensure data integrity while adhering to security standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Informatics or related field.
• Previous internship is a plus.
• Ability to validate data from REST, XML/JSON, SOAP and ETL.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, data modeling and data warehouses.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL) techniques for accuracy.

What You’ll Do
