Job summary

Engtal is seeking a technology-driven IT Support Specialist to support and optimize business applications, IT operations, and process automation across the organization.

In this on-site role in Hoffman Estates, you will administer and support internal systems, build reports and automations, and partner with vendors to ensure reliable performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong communication, and familiarity with AI tooling and Microsoft 365; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, business systems, or related field.
• Experience with application administration, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
