Job summary

Pc Wizard, an Oklahoma-based IT company, seeks a friendly go-to tech person to support clients in-person and remotely. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, document work, and help maintain systems. MSP experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

You’ll Do

• Support our clients in-person and remotely, solving a variety of day-to-day tech issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
• Use ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools (RMM) to track work and resolve alerts
• Keep clients informed without the tech jargon
• Proactively handle system updates, backups, and maintenance
• Document your work for clarity
• Offer ideas to improve how we work, serve, and communicate

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have some hands on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or repair (MSP experience is a plus, but not required)
