Job summary

Ehc24 is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep our clinical teams and hospital sites running smoothly. You are the first call when something breaks, fix what you can quickly, and escalate what you can't, ensuring no one is left waiting.

You will handle onboarding, device setup, EMR access, and troubleshooting across hardware and software. Travel between sites is required, and you’ll participate in after-hours rotations to support patient care systems.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Healthcare or EMR exposure preferred.
• Patience and a service mindset with non-technical users.
• Good judgment on when to fix and when to escalate.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities
