Job summary

Exceptional Healthcare Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep staff and hospital sites running. You are the first call when something breaks, you fix what you can quickly, escalate what you can't, and ensure no one is left waiting.

You will provide first-line support by phone, email, ticket, and in person; troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and EMR access; support onboarding/offboarding; travel between sites; and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Healthcare or EMR exposure preferred.
• Patience and a service mindset with non-technical users.
• Good judgment on when to fix and when to escalated.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities
