The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing hands‑on technical support for nVent offices. This role serves as the primary onsite IT resource, ensuring a reliable, secure, and productive technology experience for employees. The technician provides end‑user support, conference room support, device lifecycle management, and Smart Hands services for infrastructure technologies, acting as the local extension of centralized IT teams. Working closely with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Server, Security, and Application teams, this role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting workplace and site technologies while ensuring rapid resolution of technology issues that impact business operations.

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $23.90 - $44.40 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
