Job summary

Ruan is seeking a full-time onsite IT support specialist in Des Moines, IA. You will troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, document fixes, and participate in on-call rotations outside core hours.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, customer service experience or IT certifications, and basic hardware, software, networking, and web apps knowledge. Medical/dental benefits and 401k are included.
