Accenture is seeking a Contractor IT Support Senior Analyst to provide hands‑on desktop and collaboration platform support onsite for Accenture employees in the San Francisco area. You will work with infrastructure, network, and workplace technology teams to deliver excellent end‑user experiences and support VIP stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, and cross‑team collaboration, with potential after‑hours or weekend work and some local travel.

About the Role:

We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of IT Support Senior Analyst, who will be responsible for providing hands‑on technical support to Accenture employees through onsite IT Solutions Bars while partnering with infrastructure, network, and workplace technology teams to deliver an exceptional end‑user experience.

This position requires a blend of technical troubleshooting expertise, customer service excellence, collaboration, and execution to support desktop technologies, collaboration platforms, workplace technology services, and VIP stakeholders that drive employee productivity and business operations.

This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Los Angeles area and surrounding communities.

As this is a fully onsite role, candidates must be able to work from the designated office location and provide direct, face‑to‑face support to employees. This position may require occasional after‑hours or weekend work to support maintenance activities and a limited amount of local travel.

Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third‑party payroll supplier, Artech, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliverables or Project Scope

• Resolve hardware, software, operating system, and collaboration platform incidents in accordance with established service expectations.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and incident records within ITIL-based service management processes.
• Provide weekly laptop inventory reporting and support asset lifecycle management activities.
• Deliver workstation setup, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support services.
• Support enterprise collaboration technologies, including meetings and workplace technology experiences.
• Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting in partnership with infrastructure support teams.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience that promotes employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and support activities when required.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of Customer Technical Support experience.

• Technical degree, diploma, or relevant technical certifications.
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) experience.
• Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• Experience supporting VIP and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Experience working within large enterprise IT environments.

Compliance Notes

This is a contractor role administered through a third‑party payroll supplier. The supplier will determine compensation, benefits, and applicable employment policies.

The contractor will not be eligible for employee benefits from Accenture.

Compensation Disclosure

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer Artech, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.

We anticipate this contractor role will be posted until 10/5/2026.
