Kforce is seeking an IT Support Operations Manager in Miami, FL to lead a nationally distributed support organization. You will analyze ITSM data, drive process improvements, and manage escalations while supporting Azure, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, analytics, and collaboration with leadership to communicate trends and optimize performance.

Formación

• Experience delivering ITSM services and SDLC-aligned support operations.
• Experience leading IT support teams or equivalent.
• Proven use of ticketing data to drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft technologies, and hybrid infrastructure.
• HIPAA knowledge is a plus, not required.
