Job summary

Qualifications

• Handle Service Desk phone, web, and in-person requests with professional communication.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, macOS, networking, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide front-line IT support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Manage system setup, configuration, patching, and licensing, across locations.
