Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad hardware, software, and networking knowledge from system administration to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Handle Service Desk phone, web, and in-person requests with professional communication.
• Troubleshoot Windows and MacOS, networking, printers, and peripherals, on-site or remotely.
• Provide frontline IT support to researchers, staff, and students.
• Administer systems: setup, config, network, VoIP, security, and licensing.
• Ensure compliance with governing policies and funding requirements.
