Job summary

Crafty, headquartered in Chicago, is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our internal IT support function for a distributed team. You will own onboarding through off-boarding, license management, hardware, network, AV, and security practices while expanding AI-enabled support solutions.

You will partner with leaders across the business to provide secure, reliable tools and a high-quality employee experience that scales with Crafty’s growth

Qualifications

Proven IT leadership with experience running an IT support function.
Experience delivering SaaS and security-focused IT programs at scale.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint protection.
Ability to design scalable IT processes and measure service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and delivery of internal IT support and services.
Own setup, onboarding/offboarding, and license management for employees.
Oversee Cafe POS system setup and vendor relationships.
Drive AI-enabled self-service and knowledge management initiatives.
